The program provides GMAC Real Estate Sales-Partners with tools to help explain their role and demonstrate their commitment to providing the best customer service available from any real estate company in the industry.

Premier Service Guarantee

The Premier Service® Guarantee is a certificate which Spectrum GMAC Real Estate Sales-Partner's sign and give to customers to explain our pledge of service and describes the agent's role of Trusted Advisor, Skilled Negotiator and Expert Facilitator®. With this document, Sales-Partners explain what they do, the value they create from their service, and clearly put the customers needs first! As owner of Spectrum GMAC Real Estate, Spectrum Homes, and Spectrum Group and Affiliates, Ken has been the catalyst behind the success of the 3 companies. But for this entrepreneur, success is not just a matter of dollars and cents but also an emphasis on a strong personal life.

"We understand the demands that are placed on today's agents. We also understand that those demands can become strains on an agent's personal life if the proper balance of home and professionalism is not met," said Ken Snyder. "That is why we encourage agents to achieve maximum family time while balancing their professional responsibilities. A hotline. Every Spectrum GMAC agent can simply call a phone number that rings right to the Broker. This Brokers Hotline gives agents the ability to get answers to questions or have brokers review a contract to ensure accuracy, anytime of day. It's a step that leaves Spectrum GMAC alone in the agent support pool among other local companies.

Monthly Meetings & Round Table Discussions

As part of Spectrum University, Spectrum GMAC Real Estate provides a progressive atmosphere, which gives agents a voice in monthly meetings to air questions and concerns about Real Estate Industry in their Advantage Support Program. Relay is a web-based Contract Management System that work with ZipForm Online and allows agents to manage contracts from preparation to settlement. This program allows agents to sync files from ZipForm, upload and share documents all with a few clicks. Plus, agents with questions on a transaction can contact Broker Support for them to review the agreements from the Relay Site and get your transaction back on track.

Compensation

"Fair Share" Plans allow for flexibility when it comes to Compensation.

Spectrum GMAC allows agents to pick the plan that best matches their needs.

Advantage Plan

The Advantage Plans take a more traditional approach to compensation, it offers a graduation to higher commissions based on productivity without the expenses of materials. Initial Splits and graduations levels are based on prior productivity, so agents can feel comfortable about compensation levels. Agents choosing the Advantage Plan still have the ability to use any of the Spectrum Offices and company Resource Centers to meet customers and conduct business although they have a designated desk or a cubicle space.

Business without Boundaries

The Business without Boundaries plan gives agents total flexibility when it comes to compensation and office space. Agents enjoy a high initial split with a one time graduation to the maximum split once the agent "cap" is met. Agents on the Business without Boundaries Plan can take advantage of "flexible desks" in any of our company office or resource centers to attract customers.

Apprentice Program

The Apprentice Program gives agents an opportunity to earn-as-they-learn. A truly unique concept that gives agents a salary with scheduled pay increases for scheduled work hours and business building activities. While agents complete these activities and build their Real Estate business they are rewarded with commission checks from their Real Estate Successes. Eventually, agents in the Apprentice Program can elect to graduate into the Real Estate Agent Role and choose one of our other compensation levels. The Apprentice Programs is a great program for agents to gain valuable real estate industry experience.

Team Plans

Spectrum GMAC opened a fourth entryway into our company through our Team Plan. These Plans allow for customized compensation based on team goals. So while agents look to develop a successful real estate team they can be fairly compensated for their efforts.

E.A.R.N. Program gives agents rewards for bringing other agents to the company.

Spectrum GMAC has developed a program that gives agents a reward for expanding the company through adding sales partners. The E.A.R.N. (Earnings by Agent Referral Network) Program allows agent to receive additional income for referring other Realtors to Spectrum GMAC. Whether you bring on a new agent or an experienced sales partner you will receive a percentage reward based on the recruits production. A truly lucrative approach for agents to earn additional income.
